Request for Quotations (RFQ) – Supply of IT Equipment

gnuGrid CRB Limited invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of a range of IT equipment under RFQ Reference No. GNU/RFQ/2023/014. The procurement covers Smart TVs, iMac desktop computers, an IVR server, softphones, video conferencing equipment, boardroom audio systems, TV mounts, and professional headsets.

Interested bidders should submit both technical and financial proposals, together with the required company documentation, including a valid trading license, VAT registration certificate, company profile, and evidence of previous experience in supplying similar equipment.

Submission Deadline: 1 December 2023 at 4:00 PM. Quotations may be submitted in a sealed envelope or electronically via procurement@gnugridcrb.com, clearly indicating the RFQ reference number and the category being bid for.
