Request for Proposals (RFP): Digital Transformation of Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs)
gnuGrid CRB Limited invites eligible and qualified firms to submit proposals for the Digital Transformation of Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) under Reference No. GNU/RFP/2024/06.
The selected partner will support the mobilization, onboarding, training, and digital transformation of 1,200 VSLAs through the deployment of gnuGrid’s Digital Agricultural Suite (DAS), digital wallets, and credit information platforms. The project aims to enhance financial inclusion by equipping VSLA groups with digital tools that improve efficiency, access to finance, and record management.
Interested firms are invited to submit both technical and financial proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP. Eligibility documents include a company profile, certificate of incorporation, valid trading license, TIN registration, evidence of similar assignments, client references, and other supporting documentation.
