gnuGrid CRB Limited invites qualified software development firms and consultants to submit proposals for the design, development, and implementation of three innovative digital solutions aimed at strengthening digital financial services and customer experience.
The assignment covers the development of:
- A Digital Loan Marketplace to connect lenders and borrowers through web, mobile, and USSD platforms.
- An AI Predictive Response System to automate and enhance customer interactions using machine learning and predictive analytics.
- A Ticketing and Dispute Management System to streamline customer support, dispute resolution, and service delivery.
- Comprehensive System Stress Testing to ensure all platforms are secure, scalable, and capable of handling high transaction volumes.
Interested firms should demonstrate proven experience in developing enterprise software solutions, digital lending platforms, AI systems, and secure, scalable applications. Proposals must include technical and financial submissions together with the required company documentation.
