You have the right to access your credit report. You can obtain two credit reports free of charge in any given 12-month period by clicking the button below.
If you require additional reports during that period, you can email us at customercare@gnugridcrb.com or call us at +256 (0) 800 330 003 and we will provide you with your credit report at a small fee.
You must submit the following information for us to process your request.
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Financial Card Number/National ID Number
- Proof of identity: a copy of your National Identification for individuals; passport for foreigners; or registration/incorporation certificate for business entities.
If you believe there are inaccuracies in the information on your credit report, please reach out to our Information Disputes Department to initiate a review and correction of your details.
